The aims of this session
The aims of this session is to condition the concept that your cravings are junk thoughts.
They are not part of who you really are.
The less you identify with them, the easier it becomes to dismiss them.
Cravings are often a result from past habits and patterns which seem very real in the moment, but given enough time they will just disappear all on their own. There can be physical aspects to cravings too, but it is often the associated dopamine-driven habits and patterns of thought, which have been conditioned in the past, that give cravings so much power. Whether, or not, in your past, there has been reasons for the development of these cravings, looking for an answer in the past is often not the way forward.
Instead, simply view those cravings as junk thoughts, and not part of who you really are. They are an unfortunate collection of thoughts, and patterns, and pathways, in your mind, and even though they appear very real and urgent in the moment, they are superficial and temporary and not part of who you really are. They will simply go away given enough time. So this session is to help you to learn to dismiss those cravings, and view them as junk thoughts.
This is different to finding distraction activities to do when a craving comes up. There is a place for doing that as a way of dealing with a craving, but the aim here is different. The aim is to overcome and deal with the underlying structure of the craving.
As well as recognising those cravings as junk thoughts, this session is also about connecting to a sense of relaxation and peace inside you. This can also help in reducing the discomfort from that craving.
By breaking the cycle, of experiencing a craving and eating the food at the centre of that craving, and instead of doing that, just experiencing the craving and not acting on it, but instead, just waiting for the craving to go, as it alway does. By doing this; experiencing a craving and not acting on it, the underlying thought patterns behind that craving will get weaker and weaker. Eventually, with time and practise, that craving will go and no longer bother you anymore.

In dealing with cravings, there is also a huge benefit in reducing, or completely avoiding, from your diet, sugar in all its forms, and processed foods. Use this session, as you need, to help deal with those foods. The more you can get rid of those foods from your diet, the less cravings you will have.
How this session works
This session is about training your mind, to lose weight, by dealing with your cravings.
It is essentially a conditioning session to help you make changes in your mind.
It is to help you to change the way you view those cravings, and to treat them as junk thoughts, and not to act on them. It is about dismissing them, and observing them in a detached way. It is also about connecting to a sense of relaxation and peace inside you.
How to use this session
Aim to use this hypnosis session every night, for at least one week, or longer, as suits your personal circumstances.
In general, as with all these sessions, the more you use this session, the more benefit you will receive from it.
You can use whichever type of background music you prefer to listen to, or with the voice only option you can use your own type of background music, or just listen to the words on their own.
The sleep part of this session
This session is also designed to help you to drift into sleep.
The first part of this hypnosis session is the conditioning and training part which focussing on viewing cravings as junk thoughts, and not to act on them. It is also about training your mind to connect with a sense of relaxation and peace inside you. Then after this, and later in the session, there are further suggestions and guided imagery for relaxation and drifting into sleep.
The aim is that you drift into sleep whilst listening to this session.
And even as you drift into sleep, your mind will still absorb some of the positive suggestions in this session, as you drift into sleep.
Also, as well as convenience, the other the benefit of using this session at night, is that, those last words or thoughts you have at night, before you go to sleep, can help you to plan, or change, how you go about your next day.
Summary
So in summary, this session is about helping you to view cravings as junk thoughts, and not to act on them. Those junk thoughts are not part of who you really are. By dismissing those cravings, and observing them in a detached way, those cravings becomes weaker, and with time, they eventually go. This session also helps you to connect to a sense of relaxation and peace inside you.
You can use this session alongside whatever diet plan you are happy to follow.
