At the start of the session, if you drift off before you hear the suggestions for stopping emotional eating, then fast forward the audio or video, to the staircase countdown starting at 6:00, or you could start directly at the suggestions at 8:30.
20 minute version:
You can use this 20 minute version, during your day, or at night before bed.
Use the audio with the blue button if you want to drift off to sleep after the end of the session.

Intro & Aims
The aim of this session is to help you to eat less food, but enough to be healthy and physically satisfied. It is about portion size. There is an emphasis on eating slowly at times, and enjoying your food, even though you are eating less.
The evening meal is usually an ideal time to practise the suggestions in this session.
