Intro & Aims
This session is part of the weight loss and healthy eating series.
The aim of this session is to help focus your mind on overcoming emotional eating.
If you find yourself eating because you are stressed, or bored, or feel low, or you feel some form of discomfort which drives you to comfort eat, then this session can help.
Instead of using food to relieve that discomfort, this session is about getting relief in a different way.
The more you condition your mind, by using this session, and the more you follow through on following the suggestions in the session, then the better it will work for you.
For the best results, use it daily for at least a week, and then as often as you want to. Use this session as part of your weight loss and healthy eating plan.
Also, don’t plan to be perfect. Don’t aim to ‘win’ every time. Take small steps, celebrate small wins, forgive yourself when things don’t go the way you expected, and be kind to yourself, and, most of all, just keep going.
Over a few weeks, perhaps even a couple of months, I hope you will be pleasantly surprised by what you have achieved.
