Intro & Aims
The aim of this session is to build your confidence by increasing your self-esteem.
It is to help reduce negative self-talk, and all that follows from that, like self-criticism and negative feelings. So instead of putting yourself down, or thinking you are not good enough, it is about being a good friend to yourself, and remembering and focusing on the good things about you.
The more you use this session, the more benefit you will receive from it.
The shorter of the two version, can be used whenever you want, during the day or last thing at night as you drift into sleep.
The longer version is particularly designed to be used at night, with the aim that you drift into sleep whilst listening to the session. And even as you drift into sleep, your mind will still absorb some of the positive suggestions in this session, as you drift into sleep.
Also, as well as convenience, the other the benefit of using this session at night, is that, those last words or thoughts or ideas you have in your mind at night, before you go to sleep, can have a positive influence on your next day.
You can use whichever type of background music you prefer to listen to, or with the voice only option you can use your own type of background music, or just listen to the words on their own.
