The aim of this hypnosis session is to increase your confidence, self-esteem and self-belief.

The more you practise using it, the more it will get conditioned in your mind, and the more benefit you will get from it. To get the best results, aim to listen to this hypnosis session daily for 1 week, and then after that, every now and again depending on your personal circumstances.

This is the full version. There is also a quick version. The quick version has a shorter hypnotic induction, which is the relaxation suggestions at the start of the session. Both versions have exactly the same therapeutic suggestions to help you increase your confidence, self-esteem and self-belief.

You can use which ever version you prefer – the quick or full version.

If this is the first time you are listening to this, use this full version.

However, consider using the quick version if you find you go too deep with this full version. Ideally aim to be in a medium state of hypnosis/relaxation during the session. This is so your mind can absorb the therapeutic suggestions aimed to increase your confidence, self-esteem and self-belief. You may find over time, as you practise going into hypnosis, it becomes easier to do this, so you need less of the relaxing hypnotic suggestions at the start of the session, and instead you can go directly to the therapeutic suggestions.

So using the quick version may give you the same, or even better results, in less time.
